Email is the right channel for warranty questions, invoice copies, commercial billing, property-manager work orders, and anything not time-sensitive. We answer email Monday through Friday within four business hours. For an active broken door, please call.
Hours
We dispatch 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There is no "after-hours surcharge" for spring breaks at 11pm — that is when most of them happen. The price you get on the phone is the price you pay.
Reserve Online
If you would rather not pick up the phone, the reserve form takes about 60 seconds. Fill in the address, the symptom, and a callback number. A dispatcher picks it up within minutes and texts you a confirmation.

What to Have Ready When You Call
Three pieces of information cut our dispatch time roughly in half:
- Door size and panel count. A standard single-car door is 8x7 or 9x7 with four panels. A double-car door is 16x7 with four or five panels. If you know the rough size, we can pre-load parts on the truck.
- What you saw or heard when it broke. A loud bang usually means a torsion spring. A grinding sound usually means a motor gear or worn cable. A door that opens partway then stops usually means a limit setting or photo-eye. These three answers route to three different part kits.
- Opener brand if you know it. LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, and Sears Craftsman cover roughly 90% of KC homes. The brand sticker is on the side of the motor head, usually visible from the floor. Knowing it lets us bring the matching remote or logic board.
What We Will Not Ask You
For your own protection, we will not ask for:
- Payment or a deposit before the tech is at the door. Pay after work is complete.
- Social Security Number, date of birth, or driver's license. We do not run credit. We do not finance.
- Insurance policy number. We do not file claims on your behalf. If you need a written damage report for your own insurance carrier, we will write one — and that is the extent of it.
